Certified Senior Transition Specialist
I'm the CEO of Homes on the Ranch, where I help families navigate one of life's most emotional transitions: moving a parent or loved one into the right assisted living community.
My work sits at the intersection of two careers I've built over the past two decades.
For over 20 years, I worked hands-on as a Certified Nursing Assistant, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care. That experience taught me how to read what patients can't always say, anticipate their needs, and treat every person with dignity and patience — skills I now bring directly to the families I serve.
I also spent years leading in real estate, including CEO roles at D&M Property Maintenance and RE/MAX Top Performers, where I gained deep experience in property sales, auctions, and working with banks on distressed properties.
Today, as a Certified Senior Transition Specialist trained through Mom's House, I combine both worlds. I help families:
- •Evaluate and secure the right assisted living placement for their loved one
- •Navigate the emotional and logistical sides of a care transition
- •Coordinate estate sales and full property clear-outs
- •Prepare the family home for listing and sale
